To ensure the best possible experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Arriving late will limit your service time. To ensure all guests receive their full service, late arrivals will conclude at the scheduled time.
Please come with NO EYE MAKEUP on. This helps the lash artist take more time with eyelash extension application, the more time they have to apply extensions, the better for us to make sure you have fuller eyelashes by the end of your appointment.
Kindly respect the common area by:
•Putting cell phones on SILENT or VIBRATE.
•Please do NOT bring in children. We all know that kids have a tendency to touch and move around. Asking them to sit still while waiting around for a potential 2+ hours is hard for them. We have furniture and supplies that cannot be tampered or played with. We also use sharp tools around your eyes, it is not safe for you or your child(ren). Most of us are mothers and understand that it can be hard to find a sitter; if you cannot find a sitter, you will be asked to reschedule. (If you do not call within 24 hours to cancel, a cancellation fee of half the service cost will apply.) Please do not obligate your lash artist or other lash artists to keep an eye on your little one during your appointment. This will help maintain the relaxing ambiance of our studio and is a courtesy to other clients and Lash Artists during their appointment.
•Please consider topics of conversation and language during your appointment. Being a common area, your conversation can potentially be heard by other clients and lash artists. Common “do-not” conversations include: Religion, Politics, Sex, Salary, and fowl or vulgar language. So please respect others around you during this time.
Services are available for guests 18 years or older. Studio services are available for guests 16-17 years of age with parent/guardian present.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
We request that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment you provide more than 24 hours’ notice. All cancellations and/or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service scheduled. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel an appointment in an adequate manner is considered a "no-show". A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a "no-show”, in which a charge of 50% of the total service schedule will be incurred.
A valid credit or debit card will be required in order to reserve an appointment. You will NOT be charged to reserve your appointment. Charges will occur if the Cancellation Policy above would apply to your scheduled appointment. Please understand that effective immediately, we will be requesting this information of all our clients, past and future.

The Policies Protect Our Lash Artists
It is not common knowledge that the majority of Lash Artists in this industry make their income by commission. This means they do not get paid salary or hourly. When a client cancels, reschedules, or no shows their appointment without sufficient time, it does not enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hours’ notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other clients; in turn, impacting your Lash Artist directly.

We understand that everyone has busy lives, so we take your time seriously and take special care of each person who sits in our chairs. As such, our schedules are booked quickly for the afternoon, weekend, and holiday/special events. Having these policies in effect will safeguard each of our clients’ time and appointments.
