Terms & Conditions for Product Purchases

All Lashes Del Sol products are carefully batch tested and inspected prior to shipping to insure quality control standards.

Compliance with sanitation regulations requires that Lashes Del Sol cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective. If you suspect product is defective, contact us without delay within 3 days. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on Adhesives, Removers, Eyelash Extensions or other Chemical Products.

You, as the Buyer, acknowledge that (a) exposure of products sold by Lashes Del Sol to temperature extremes may cause changes in the products and that such changes may make the products unsuitable for use and (b) products sold by must be used with great care by a trained technician to prevent an accidental injury, especially when performing work near an individual's eye. Lashes Del Sol strongly advises that all technicians be certified prior to applying eyelash extensions to a live person without supervision.

Other Terms and Conditions

IN NO EVENT WILL LASHES DEL SOL BOUTIQUE OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES LIABILITIES, SUITS, ATTACHMENTS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PENALTIES, FINES, SETTLEMENTS OR  EXPENSES, INCLUDING COURTS COSTS AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES INCIDENT THERETO; INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTLY SOLD BY LASHES DEL SOL BOUTIQUE. BUYER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS LASHES DEL SOL BOUTIQUE ET AL FOR ANY AND ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE (WHETHER ACTIVE OR PASSIVE, SOLE OR CONCURRENT, SIMPLE OR GROSS), STRICT OR STATUTORY, PROVIDED THAT THE LASHES DEL SOL BOUTIQUE LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Lashes Del Sol, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to prohibit Buyer's use, or any of Buyer's affiliates use, of its brand and logo. This includes all marketing materials, including posters, brochures, post cards, instruction manuals, etc. Lashes Del Sol will only take such steps for cause. Examples of causes that may persuade Lashes Del Sol to prohibit use of its brand and logo include, but are not limited to 1) substandard applications of eyelash extensions by a careless technician and 2) use of competing eyelash extension products that individuals believe to be Lashes Del Sol products due to the prominent display of Lashes Del Sol marketing materials.

By purchasing products or services from this website, Purchaser and Lashes Del Sol agree that any dispute arising from the purchase or use of any products or services from Lashes Del Sol shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Arizona, in accordance with the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules.

This Agreement shall be governed by and is constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all prior understandings, letters, agreements, contracts and other documents
